Signing up with NOCC

To get set up with NOCC There are various options for initiating agreements with NOCC depending upon your transaction interests.  Upon contacting an NOCC representative, templates of NOCC’s standard agreements can be made available for your review. These templates include:

• ISDAs with gas and power annexes
• NAESB and/or EEI enabling agreements with a master netting agreement
• Other—WSPP with special terms and conditions

Entities that execute NOCC’s standard agreements can have the maximum flexibility to transact in both next day and forward markets for gas and power with full netting for products across regional markets served. Other options are available for entities that desire to transact in only one commodity and / or either next day or term agreements. An NOCC representative is available to answer your questions, perform a "value analysis" and help you determine which agreements for transacting with NOCC best meet your needs.

Transacting with NOCC

As a bilateral counterparty, you may transact with NOCC in a variety of ways:

• NOCC Trade Support Desk–call directly to the support desk for bids and offers
• IM–Instant Message our support personnel directly for bids and offers
• Voice Brokers–Currently NOCC has arrangements in place with Amerex, Choice, ICAP, Landmark, Prebon, and IVG
