The NOCC Sales team has extensive backgrounds in both physical and financial energy markets. The primary individuals in the sales processes are the following:

RICHARD GUTIERREZ

Mr. Gutierrez brings 30 years of Natural Gas trading experience to NOCC. With his extensive industry contacts at the executive management level and extensive experience in risk management, Mr. Gutierrez has successfully established natural gas trading departments for U.S. and Canadian corporations. Prior to joining NOCC, and in 2002, Mr. Gutierrez co-founded eCorp Energy Marketing the marketing arm of eCORP the storage developer. For 5 years prior to eCORP, Mr. Gutierrez managed storage trading for Columbia Gas Transmission as Manager, Trade Desk. Mr. Gutierrez has also worked in Canada and Mexico.

RICK BEAMAN

Mr. Beaman has significant experience in virtually all of the major phases of transactions—as a broker, a back office operator, in product development, customer service and, of course, sales. His most recent experience prior to joining NOCC was as a sales and account manager at VMAC, LLC. Prior to VMAC he held prominent positions at TradeSpark, LLC and at Cantor Fitzgerald. Mr. Beaman also served eight years in the United States Navy.

STEVE SLADOJE

Mr. Sladoje has more than ten years of derivative trading and risk management experience. Previously he was a partner at G-Bar Limited Partnership where he traded and managed option portfolios in several different markets. Additionally he was involved in the directing and development of recruiting and training and played a major role in G-Bar's trading technology operations
