Mr. Wilmouth has formerly served as President and CEO of the Chicago Board of Trade
(CBOT), President, Director and Chief Administration Officer, Crocker Bank and Crocker
National Corporation and Chairman and President, LaSalle National Corporation. Further,
he was the founding President and CEO of the National Futures Association (NFA);
Mr. Wilmouth continues to serve the National Futures Association in his capacity
as Special Policies Advisor.
In addition to his extensive senior executive background in banking and trading
organizations, Mr. Wilmouth is a Lifetime Trustee of the University of Notre Dame
and the former Chairman of its Investment Committee. He also serves on the advisory
council of Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
