Michael Kane
Operations

|
|
Mr. Kane has an extensive history in starting up and operating new exchange-based
operations. His prior experience in this regard includes the Merchants' Exchange
in Chicago Illinois, and the California Power Exchange where he was the Director
of Market Operations. His operational experience prior to starting up new trading
and clearing organizations includes the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) where
he was the Systems Integration, Testing, and Support Manager, GLOBEX where he was
the Control Center Manager, and Compliance Trading Floor Monitor. Mr. Kane's other
operational experience includes being the CME floor manager for Clayton Brokerage
Company of St. Louis. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University
of San Francisco and over 20 years of experience in commodity market operations.
